“The Fox Pavilion facilities and staff are tremendous! Having our major two day fund-raiser here is the easiest part of coordinating this event. You and your staff are well organized, helpful and pleasant. We have participants from New Jersey to California and the evaluations consistently rate the venue and the five full meals “Excellent +.” The atmosphere is professional yet comfortable. The refreshment tables provided during the breaks were a nice touch. My thanks go to the entire staff. “We had our wedding reception at the Fox Pavilion in April of 2007. There were about 400 guests and the Pavilion accommodated everyone without difficulty. The management was very flexible working with our needs. The Bakery Shop catered our meal and to this day our guests rave about the excellent food. Instead of the traditional bar, we opted for an ice cream bar which was a huge hit. The staff was friendly, helpful and polite. The people at the Fox Pavilion and Bakery Shop were professional, kind, and did everything they could to satisfy our reception plans and ideas. “When planning for the annual Rotary District 5670 seminar and recognition banquet in Hays, it was an easy decision. We needed a classroom setting with audio visual availability and both breakfast and lunch during the morning/afternoon meeting. The obvious choice was the Heritage Room at the Bakery Shop. Because of our familiarity with the space and food based on our local Hays Rotary Club meeting there every Monday, it was a perfect fit. The evening banquet required a different setting off site. The organizing committee wanted to show off a little with an open bar during the reception and a special meal prior to the presentations. Pam and her Bakery Shop staff were able to accommodate both with their catering service and all enjoyed a wonderful evening. As we wrapped up the evening, we received several compliments on both venues and the meals. We will not hesitate to use the Bakery Shop for future events.” - Wayne Woofter
